Learn more at: What You'll Do You'll own the operational heartbeat of the brokerage while ensuring our agents receive an exceptional experience every step of the way. Brokerage Operations Direct daily office operations and operational workflows Lead, support, and help develop office staff Continuously improve systems and processes that increase efficiency and scalability Generate operational reports and provide insights to leadership Manage CRM accuracy and maintain brokerage databases Ensure the office operates with professionalism, organization, and efficiency Agent Experience Coordinate onboarding for new agents and team members Train agents on brokerage systems, technology, and operational processes Serve as the primary operational resource for agents Build documentation, workflows, and training materials that create consistency Help create an exceptional experience that allows our agents to focus on serving clients Transaction & Compliance Management Administer closing procedures and ensure files are completed accurately Review and approve contracts for compliance Maintain commission tracking and prepare commission breakdowns Coordinate with agents, title companies, and vendors throughout the transaction process Who You Are You are someone who naturally takes ownership. You are: Highly organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure Exceptionally dependable A confident trainer and coach Technology-savvy and eager to leverage AI and automation Professional in both appearance and communication Motivated by building systems that help people succeed Looking for a long-term career where you can grow with the company Requirements Real Estate License and 3+ years of residential real estate operations experience Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and transaction management Experience training and supporting real estate agents Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven initiative, ownership, and follow-through High level of professionalism Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience Experienced with Mac This Role Is NOT For You If...
