To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: An unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse, RN license. Prior registered nurse experience is preferable but not mandatory. Responsibilities Administer medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans. Conduct resident assessments and document findings accurately. Act as a team leader and advocate for resident needs. Ensure residents receive high‑standard care and maintain their safety and comfort. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve quality of care. Qualifications Registered Nurse, RN license in Illinois. Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
