Overview LABUR is partnering with a client in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry to identify a senior-level Techno-Functional Analyst who will serve as a hands‑on‑keys resource within the Veeva ecosystem. This individual will configure, implement, and optimize Veeva CRM solutions across the Commercial IT landscape — translating business needs directly into working platform configurations. The ideal Techno‑Functional Analyst combines deep technical proficiency in the Veeva stack with the functional awareness to understand why solutions matter to the business. Responsibilities Configure, implement, and maintain Veeva CRM solutions hands‑on within a Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial IT environment Translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and scalable platform solutions Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across the Veeva ecosystem to ensure system reliability and performance Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand functional needs and deliver effective Veeva‑based solutions Support and enhance Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats implementations as needed Ensure all configurations and solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards Qualifications Senior‑level hands‑on experience configuring and implementing Veeva CRM in a Pharma/Life Sciences environment Strong understanding of the Commercial IT landscape and supporting systems Experience with Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats (strongly preferred) Ability to bridge technical and functional domains, converting business needs into platform configurations Strong problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented, hands‑on approach to solution delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr LABUR
