Overview LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a UiPath Techno-Functional Analyst who will serve as the hands‑on‑keys resource driving the implementation and expansion of the organization’s UiPath automation platform. This individual will work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design and deploy automation use cases, and grow UiPath adoption and functionality across the enterprise. The client is in the early stages of their UiPath implementation, making this a ground‑floor opportunity to shape and scale the automation program. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions hands‑on within the UiPath platform Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document automation requirements and process workflows Identify, prioritize, and implement high‑value automation use cases across the organization Expand UiPath usage and functionality by driving adoption, onboarding new processes, and evangelizing automation opportunities Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automations to ensure reliability and performance Support the broader implementation and maturation of the organization’s UiPath automation program from the ground up Qualifications Hands‑on experience designing and deploying automation solutions in UiPath Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, understand their processes, and translate them into automation requirements Track record of implementing and scaling RPA use cases across an organization Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a process‑oriented mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr LABUR
