Senior Storage Administrator

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Storage Administrator to join their team. As a Storage Administrator, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting the Infrastructure and Storage teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technology management, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Storage Administrator Location: Baltimore, MD Pay Range: $59-62/hr depending on years of experience What's the Job? Manage and optimize enterprise storage environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. Design, implement, and support enterprise storage solutions including block, file, and object storage. Administer SAN infrastructure (Cisco MDS), including zoning, VSANs, and fabric performance tuning. Monitor and troubleshoot storage performance, availability, and capacity issues. Lead storage migrations, modernization initiatives, and support disaster recovery operations. What's Needed? 7+ years of enterprise storage administration experience. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Dell EMC PowerMax/VMAX, PowerScale (Isilon), and Pure Storage. Strong expertise in SAN/NAS technologies (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, Cisco MDS, SMB, NFS). Experience with storage provisioning, replication, snapshots, and performance tuning. Solid troubleshooting skills across storage, networking, and VMware environments. What's in it for me?
