Everest Snow Management is seeking a driven commercial sales executive to help expand our presence throughout the Chicagoland market. This is a hunter role focused on generating new business, building relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, and business owners while closing high-value snow contracts. We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000-$85,000 plus uncapped commissions. Earn $25,000 for every $1 million in new business sold and $25,000 for every $1 million in business retained. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $125,000-$225,000+ annually. Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial business throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and company generated leads
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close commercial snow and ice management contracts
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition after contracts are awarded
- Build long-term customer relationships that lead to contract renewals and additional business opportunities
- Meet with property managers, facility managers, and business owners to understand their snow and ice management needs
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals
- Work closely with our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to follow up on qualified leads and convert opportunities into new business
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of inside B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing commercial sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience with CRM platforms and relationship management tools is advantageous
- Strong negotiation and communication capabilities required
- Comfortable cold calling, networking, and developing new business through self-generated leads
