Follow up with all previous day's leads. Create customer contact notes in CRM. Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives. Respond to customer website requests via text, email, or phone their preference. Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled. Navigate dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business. Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales. Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals. Qualifications and Skills Maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization, and customer service. Working PC knowledge and ability to navigate the internet is required. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Professional work ethic. Customer service skills. Good time management skills. Outstanding communication skills. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. Job Type Full‑time Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED required.
