Advantage Dealer Group is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Bdc Representative to join our growing team. The Service Bdc Representative plays a critical role in driving customer retention by scheduling service appointments, handling inbound and outbound communications, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls to service customers for maintenance reminders, declined services, recalls, and follow-up opportunities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM.
• Work closely with service advisors and management to maximize appointment show rates.
• Follow dealership processes and communication standards.
• Assist with customer retention initiatives and service marketing campaigns.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
