You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails, and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity! EOE Responsibilities Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers. Take incoming service calls. Schedule service appointments. Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines. Check e‑mails and promptly respond to inquiries. Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into the service department. Attend training as requested by manager. Follow script and instructions from a supervisor.
