Overview

We are an established independent Toyota and Lexus focused collision repair facility in the Chicagoland area.

Description

The role of a CSR is to be a single point of contact to customers whose vehicles have been scheduled to be processed through the collision center.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers initially.
• Obtain authorization and explain the repair plan process
• Facilitate the rental car process.
• Inspect vehicle with the customer, identify claim-related and unrelated damages.
• Communicate with customer after repair planning is complete, such as expected completion date, email estimate to customer when appropriate.
• Update customer with status, when appropriate
• Contact customer when repairs are complete and set up pickup time/date.
• Collect payments, explain Customer survey's.
• Keep work station tidy and professional.

Multi-Lingual is a plus.

This is a full time position.
