ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director or Vice President of Product - Mid-Cycle and Backend RCM Platform to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its next-generation Revenue Cycle Management platform. This executive leader will oversee a portfolio of products spanning coding, billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials management, and revenue cycle analytics while driving innovation through automation, artificial intelligence, and scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise with proven product leadership experience and thrives in a collaborative global environment working alongside engineering teams in India and business teams in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the product vision and long-term strategy for the mid-cycle and backend Revenue Cycle Management portfolio.
• Lead the product roadmap across coding, billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials management, and analytics to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance.
• Partner closely with engineering and data teams in India to ensure successful product delivery and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer feedback, business objectives, and market insights into actionable product requirements that deliver measurable business value.
• Drive product innovation through artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and advanced analytics to improve revenue integrity and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, implementation, and customer-facing teams to support successful product adoption and long-term client success.
• Monitor healthcare technology trends and competitive market developments to maintain product leadership within the Revenue Cycle Management industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Twelve to eighteen years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Eight or more years of hands-on product management or product leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling Revenue Cycle Management software products, preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of coding, billing, payment posting, denials management, accounts receivable follow-up, and revenue cycle analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams, including close collaboration with engineering organizations based in India.
• Familiarity with EMR integrations including Epic, Cerner, and Athena.
• Experience with clearinghouses, payer connectivity, and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST.
• Proven success driving innovation using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies within revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, build alignment, and lead across multiple geographies and functions.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management performance metrics including AR Days, Clean Claim Rate, First-Pass Resolution Rate, Denial Rate, and Net Collection Percentage.
