Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, strengths, and needs, forming the foundation for treatment planning.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.

• Support patients and their families in understanding mental health diagnoses and treatment options, ensuring they feel equipped to make informed decisions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based strategies to foster healing and growth.

• Create personalized treatment plans that align with patients' goals, preferences, and treatment progress, working together with the healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, you will work with a diverse group of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related issues.
