We are currently building a candidate pool for potential upcoming Security Officer openings that may become available as business needs evolve. These opportunities may arise on 2nd (3:00pm – 11:00pm) or 3rd (11:00pm – 7:00am) shift at locations in Amsterdam, NY. When positions do open and candidates are placed, roles offer set schedules, providing consistency and stability. Pay rates range from $17.75 - $18.00 per hour, depending on site location.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular walking patrols to ensure safety and identify any unusual activity.
• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment.
• Complete clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Interact professionally with residents, visitors, and site staff.
• Follow established protocols and contact emergency services when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with basic technology, including CCTV and reporting tools.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to stay calm and respond appropriately in emergencies.
• Previous security experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train you.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
