Inventory Specialist (Full-Time) – Cannabis Dispensary Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview Buffalo Dreams is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist with METRC experience to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with New York State cannabis regulations, and supporting daily inventory operations within the dispensary. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with METRC and cannabis inventory management systems , strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily inventory intake, transfers, and adjustments using METRC Accurately receive and verify deliveries from vendors Ensure all products are properly labeled and compliant with NYS regulations Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate product records in METRC and POS systems Coordinate with management on inventory levels and restocking Assist with compliance documentation and reporting Ensure storage areas remain organized, secure, and compliant Work closely with the retail team to maintain product availability Qualifications Required: Experience using METRC Previous cannabis dispensary or inventory management experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain compliance with state regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working with inventory software and POS systems Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Schedule Full-Time Must haveopen availability What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing cannabis company Positive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Push Operations
