Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Recruiter - Senior to join their team. As a Recruiter - Senior, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment efforts across various roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Shift: Days (02:00-03:00)

What's the Job?

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and professional networking
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for a wide range of professional-level roles, including executive positions
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement through personalized messaging
• Perform preliminary candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and role alignment
• Present qualified candidate shortlists to recruiters with clear notes, insights, and recommendations

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role
• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across technology and/or sales roles
• Strong experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a contract-based environment
