Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure optimal patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical staff.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families about health conditions and provide guidance on self-care strategies.Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record.Shift and DurationThis position is for a night shift, with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and will include alternating weekends.
