Guidewire Claim Center Developer

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Claim Center Developer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, integration, and implementation, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Configure Guidewire ClaimCenter including rules, workflows, data model, and user interface.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (Web Services, APIs, Messaging, Batch processes).
  • Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support production deployments, issue resolution, and enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Guidewire Claim Center Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (v9 or above preferred).
  • Proficiency in GOSU, Java, XML, SQL, and web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience with Guidewire configuration, integration, and extension points.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
  • Knowledge of Insurance domain (P&C Insurance).
  • Prior experience working with PMA / RiverStone clients (a plus).
