- Provide support across multiple facets of real estate operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow.
- Manage incoming phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to back-end operations, including data entry and file management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office productivity.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support real estate transactions and agent activities.
- Respond promptly to internal and external requests, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- 1+ years' Adminstrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
- Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes
- Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
- Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership
- Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills
