Hospital Pharmacist

Join a leading hospital in the Boston area as a Pharmacist on a 3+ month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists looking to expand their hospital experience while working alongside an experienced clinical team in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers regarding medication therapy
- Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitor patient medication regimens
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and pharmacy best practices
- Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management and dispensing workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to safe, efficient pharmacy operations
- Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license required
- Previous pharmacist experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with EPIC and Pyxis is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Variable day and afternoon shifts
- ASAP start
- 3+ month contract with strong extension potential
