Construction Project Manager — Tenant Improvements & Budgets

Cushman & Wakefield in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead client-site and tenant-improvement projects. You will prepare budgets and schedules, review drawings, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and monitor progress to meet client objectives. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, supervisory experience with third-party teams, and travel up to 50%. MS Office and TRIRIGA familiarity are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr cw
