Addison Group is partnering with a rapidly growing public accounting firm in Los Angeles that is looking to add a Tax Manager to its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working with complex clients, leading high-performing teams, and helping shape the future of a growing firm through process improvements and strategic growth initiatives. You'll work with an impressive and diverse client portfolio that includes entrepreneurial businesses, privately held companies, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals across a variety of industries. This role offers significant visibility, leadership responsibility, and a clear path for career advancement within a firm experiencing strong growth. Compensation Up to $200k base plus bonus & comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, corporations, and trusts Provide tax planning and consulting to a diverse client base Manage multiple client engagements while serving as a trusted advisor Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Contribute to firm growth, integration initiatives, and client development Requirements Active CPA required 7+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong experience reviewing complex tax returns Leadership experience managing and developing teamsExcellent client relationship and communication skills Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and closely held businesses Experience with high-net-worth individuals, real estate, retail wholesale businesses, multi-entity structures, Regional, national, Big 4 public accounting firms all a plus Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
