We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and develop our in-home sales team for Southeastern PA and Delaware.

Essential Job Functions :

• Lead four Sales Managers and approximately 50 Design Consultants
• Effectively use sales reports, metrics, and forecasts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual projections
• Maintain and enhance sales training programs for new and existing Design Consultants
• Oversee the implementation of sales strategies, policies, and procedures
• Use market data, statistics, and trends to establish goals
• Manage the sales department budget
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and business partners
• Grow our network of commercial accounts
• Step in as needed to support negotiations and help close agreements
• Provide timely solutions aligned with client needs
• Stay current on, and communicate about, product launches
• Create presentations for meetings, business partners, and corporate executives
• Identify marketing gaps and adjust plans accordingly
• Attend business events to network with potential clients and partners
• Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with other leaders across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar (advanced degree preferred)
• In-Home home improvement sales background
• 10+ years in sales management directing and managing Sales Managers (preferably as a Sales Director or National Sales Manager)
• Strong command of sales performance metrics, forecasting, negotiation, and team leadership
• Proficiency with MS Office/Excel and Google Suite; working knowledge of CRM and sales management software
• Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
