Responsibilities:

• Lead the Nursing Department: As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, including staff management, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each guest.

• Foster a Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of excellence and accountability within the nursing department, with a focus on providing exceptional patient experiences and achieving quality outcomes.

• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission requirements.

• Recruit and Retain Staff: Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain top talent, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.

Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

• Nursing Degree: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

• Certifications: Current nursing certifications, including RN or LPN/LVN.
