Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Management Position

USA Windows and Doors is growing, and we're looking for an experienced canvassing Manager to work directly alongside our current Director and help take our team to the next level.

This is not an entry-level management position. We want someone who already knows how to lead, motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable.

What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Field Marketing Representatives
• Work alongside the Director to drive daily and weekly production
• Train team members on communication, homeowner engagement, and appointment setting
• Hold the team accountable to performance goals
• Help develop new team members into strong producers
• Create a competitive, positive, high-energy team culture
• Lead by example and help solve problems in the field
• Help increase qualified appointments and overall team production

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or leadership experience
• Experience managing sales, marketing, canvassing, lead generation, or similar teams
• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive, energetic, and results-driven personality
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
• Comfortable working in a field-based environment
• Someone who wants to WIN and grow with the company

Home improvement, roofing, windows & doors, HVAC, remodeling, or outside sales experience is a major plus.

This Is a Field Position

You will work alongside your team in the field , directly engaging homeowners in residential neighborhoods and helping generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
