The Opportunity
Allegro is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Quality Engineer to manage external quality issues (COMP - Customer Complaints) and customer audit processes. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness of our corrective actions, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong customer relationships through clear communication and robust quality management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who thrives on problem-solving, has a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, and is passionate about upholding the highest quality standards.

What Will You Bring?
A Graduate of any Engineering Degree, preferably Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical, with the exception of Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the semiconductor assembly/test or a closely related industry.
Proficiency in core quality tools including FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Control Plan, SPC (Statistical Process Control), Basic & Advanced Statistics, 8D (Eight Disciplines Problem Solving), Root Cause Analysis, and other Problem Solving Tools.
Solid understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) fundamentals.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and other relevant computer applications.
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledgeable in Assembly and Test Measuring and Test Equipment.
Strong Product & Process Knowledge within the semiconductor domain.
