Talent Acquisition SpecialistConsider joining the Pennex family as a Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of our Leetonia, Ohio location. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the hourly full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. This role acts as a key partner to hiring managers, ensuring roles are clearly defined, posted, and filled with high-quality talent in a timely manner.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with the design, development and execution of communications, programs and policies that promotes employee growth and aligns to the business objectives.
