Outside Sales Representative – Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Door-to-Door Internet Sales | DFW North Territories | Full-Time, W-2

Where We’re Hiring

Recruiting is limited to the following cities within the company’s DFW North territory group :

Venus, Rockwall, Royse City, Anna, Kaufman, Rendon, Sanger, and Melissa, Texas.

Candidates must live in or near the territory they support. Territory assignments depend on business needs and proximity.

What You Can Earn

• Base salary: $41,600–$45,000 annually, based on relevant experience.
• Uncapped commissions.
• Target total earnings: Approximately $80,000 annually.
• Top performers may exceed $100,000 annually.
• Vehicle allowance: $200 per pay period.

Total earnings depend on individual performance.

What You’ll Do

• Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods.
• Present available internet services, answer questions, and close new accounts.
• Knock approximately 50 doors per day at warm, serviceable addresses.
• Follow up with prospects through repeat visits as needed.
• Work approximately 500–600 warm leads per month through Spotio CRM.
• Track sales activity, manage your pipeline, and meet performance expectations.

What You’ll Need

• Age 18 or older and a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Confidence speaking with new people and handling objections.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A resilient, coachable, goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage your daily activity independently.

Door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience selling telecom, internet, solar, roofing, pest control, energy, or home security is particularly relevant. Candidates with other sales or customer-facing backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are helpful.

Schedule

Work five days per week, 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. , with a one-hour lunch break. Approximately two hours each day are allocated to administrative work.

Saturdays are required, with two variable weekdays off.
