Dental Hygienist Needed Help Wanted: Registered Dental Hygienists (3 Positions). A new office opening soon – Coconut Crossing Dental Care in Palm Beach Gardens. What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Continuing education opportunities Supportive leadership and team culture State‑of‑the‑art technology and equipment What We’re Looking For Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Florida Strong communication and patient care skills Team player with a positive and professional attitude Passion for providing exceptional hygiene care Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in FL Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Experience in clinical needs as required by office (no experience required) Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office, doctor, or Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation Prolonged periods of sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year Additional Requirements A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions and must be completed prior to starting employment.
