Corporate Legal Assistant

Corporate Legal Assistant Our client, a leading company in Atlanta, GA is searching for a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team. This position will be responsible for the following: Efficiently and accurately supports the SVP, General Counsel in all functions of the Legal Department Organizes and maintains litigation documents Assist with document management; drafting, proofing, and editing legal documents and correspondence Conducts research as needed Retains day to day responsibility for performance of general legal assistant duties Skills & Competencies Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree Required Minimum 2 years related corporate legal experience Excellent written and verbal communication Strong experience with Microsoft Office This company has been named a top workplace in Atlanta for the last 3 years and offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.
