Certified Nursing Assistant

The Mary T. Family of Companies is hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to work in our assisted living locations in Coon Rapids. The position is responsible for providing personal cares, delegated nursing services, meal preparation, light cleaning duties, and resident engagement to promote resident independence and improve their physical and emotional well-being. $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Paid training, $1,000 referral bonuses, daily pay option, 3 weeks PTO (FT), accrued sick time, full benefits (medical, dental, vision) (FT), health and dependent care FSA (flex spending account) (FT), 401k with employer match, professional development reimbursement program (FT).

Schedules available: Part-time hours, daytime (7a-3p), evenings (3p-11p), and overnights (11p-7a) are available. All positions require every-other weekend shifts.

Position requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must currently be registered as a CNA on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry. The ability to pass a background check. Patient, kind, and dedicated with strong interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English clearly. Basic computer skills.
