This position is structured as a remote telehealth role, allowing you to engage with clients virtually, thereby creating a safe and accessible environment. Our operational hours are Monday through Saturday, ensuring we accommodate various schedules to best serve our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet specific client needs.

• Engage in detailed clinical interviews and triage care effectively, ensuring clients receive the appropriate services and support.

• Document treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards, participating actively in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

• Showcase your expertise by providing competent care and timely clinical interventions that address the physical, psychological, and social needs of your clients across diverse age groups.

• Manage case coordination by consulting and collaborating with hospital staff and community professionals, striving for holistic and comprehensive patient care.

• Complete documentation ethically and promptly, aligning with the department's expectations and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide clients through their individualized service plans and promote successful outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients seeking mental health services. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability as you will work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Commitment to working flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, to accommodate the diverse needs of clients.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with technology-based therapy platforms to provide telehealth services effectively.

• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities beyond CBT is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
