Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, create clinical diagnoses, and outline effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities to provide therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, family, or group therapy settings, adapting approaches to fit each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and implement safety plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards to protect client privacy.

• Engage in consistent collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients navigating complex mental health issues.

As a therapist at Mindsight, you will work with a broad array of individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in the fields of counseling, psychology, social work, or a related area is essential for this position.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities are critical, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Our compensation package also includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, providing peace of mind for you and your family.
