Construction Project Manager - Memphis, TNHybrid: Remote, from home with about 30% travel to job sitesI'm partnering with a growing real estate investment and development firm to identify a Construction Project Manager to oversee a mix of new construction, renovations, and capital improvement projects, specifically an adaptive re-use of a historical building in the Memphis market. This individual will play a key role in managing timelines, budgets, and quality across commercial and industrial assets. This position is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including cost estimation, scheduling, permitting coordination, and value engineering-particularly within adaptive reuse environments.
