Commercial Project Manager$100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experienceMemphis, TN | Job Profitability Incentive BonusesFull-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime may be requiredMechanical Systems Company is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, and controls projects. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with strong leadership skills to drive commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish while ensuring accountability, coordination, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and coordinate commercial HVAC and plumbing projectsManage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall performanceCoordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and customersManage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and other project documentationMonitor project progress and address schedule, cost, and operational issuesProvide leadership and accountability throughout project executionEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetRequired QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and change ordersStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and related softwareValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordBenefits Package401K retirement program with company matchMultiple health and prescription drug plan optionsDental insuranceVision insuranceEmployer-paid life insuranceEmployer-paid short-term disability insuranceLong-term disability insurance available for purchaseMileage reimbursement and vehicle allowanceGym membership reimbursementEmployee referral incentives programPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation depending on tenureCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
