Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Fort Washington, PA. Responsibilities: * Business Analyst will partner with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements * Facilitate meetings to align business and technical teams and drive project progress * Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and solutions * Support projects through the full lifecycle (initiation to implementation) * Define project scope, track progress, and coordinate key activities * As a Business Analyst, you will develop and execute user acceptance test (UAT) plans and test cases * Create and maintain user documentation and process documentation * Help resolve business and technical challenges with data-driven insights * Collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery of business solutions REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in a related field * 8+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in mortgage or financial services * Strong experience working with both business and technical stakeholders * Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing data sets * Experience with web-based application testing and UAT processes * Experience coordinating projects or working in project-based environments * Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C environments * Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities * Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly language The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
