Du bist: Im Besitz einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann oder in einem vergleichbaren Berufsbild, Klar in deiner Kommunikation, aufgeschlossen und trittst Kundinnen und Kunden souverän gegenüber, Mit Aufgaben im Kundenservice, Empfang oder Front‑Office vertraut und verfügst idealerweise bereits über erste berufliche Erfahrungen, Selbständig und arbeitest dabei strukturiert, zuverlässig und stets lösungsorientiert, Geübt im Umgang mit den üblichen Office‑Anwendungen und kannst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich CRM vorweisen, Serviceorientiert und teamfähig und hast Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team etwas zu bewegen. Deine neue Aufgabe: Als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Front‑Office bei e‑regio bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass sie jederzeit gut beraten sind. Du nimmst ihre Anliegen entgegen, findest passende Lösungen und trägst so aktiv zur hohen Servicequalität von e‑regio bei. Außerdem wirst du: Kundinnen und Kunden zu Produkten, Tarifen, Energieangeboten und digitalen Services beraten, Kundenanliegen, Vertrags- und Rechnungsfragen sowie allgemeine Auskünfte eigenständig bearbeiten, Das Beschwerdemanagement unterstützen und komplexe Anliegen an die zuständigen Fachabteilungen weiterleiten, Kundendaten in unseren Systemen erfassen, aktualisieren und sorgfältig pflegen, Aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Abläufe mitwirken, um eine hohe Servicequalität sicherzustellen.
