We're looking for a Sous Chef who can bring the heat, command the kitchen, and help deliver unforgettable steakhouse experiences night after night.

What You'll Be Doing
Culinary Execution & Quality
- Lead daily food production and ensure every dish meets our high standards.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, preparation, and presentation.
- Execute expert protein butchering and portion control.
- Monitor food quality from prep to plate.
️ Lead the Brigade
- Train, coach, and develop Back of House team members.
- Assist with scheduling and labor management.
- Create a positive, accountable kitchen culture.
- Step in and lead kitchen operations when the Executive Chef is off the floor.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Order produce, seafood, proteins, and staple inventory.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Help manage food costs, labor costs, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Ensure products are rotated, stored, and utilized properly.
✅ Safety & Sanitation
- Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready kitchen.
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
- Lead by example when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong culinary foundation with excellent butchering and knife skills.
- Solid understanding of portion control and food cost management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate kitchen teams.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and keep cool when the tickets start flying.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout extended shifts.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
