This attorney will represent clients in all stages of litigation, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and dedicated advocate who thrives in a collaborative and goal-driven environment.Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and motion practiceRepresent clients in court, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations, advocating effectively at each stageDraft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreementsCommunicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courtsManage caseload independently while collaborating with other attorneys and support staffQualifications:Active member of the California State Bar in good standing (required).Minimum 3–7 years of experience in employment litigation or related civil litigation.Strong knowledge of California labor and employment law, including FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, and wage and hour regulations.Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to manage a robust caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.CompensationSalary Ranger: $125,000 – $250,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)Comprehensive Benefits Package:Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan availableCareer Development: Opportunities for professional growth and advancementComprehensive Insurance Coverage:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountLife InsurancePaid Time OffWe are an equal opportunity employer and offer competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for growth.
