Part-Time Morning Front Desk Associate – Gym

Rush Fitness is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated person to join our team for a part-time morning position.

Schedule: 3 Days/Week

Tuesday: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Thursday: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Friday: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

This is a great position for someone looking for consistent part-time hours. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and enjoys interacting with people.

Responsibilities:

• Open the gym and prepare the facility for the day
• Greet and check in members
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with membership questions and new member sign-ups
• Handle basic front desk transactions
• Answer phones and assist members as needed
• Process monthly insurance-based fitness memberships and maintain accurate records
• Review and calculate employee payroll hours for each pay period
• Perform basic administrative and data-entry tasks
• Keep the front desk and gym areas clean and organized
• Perform light cleaning and restocking as needed
• Walk through the facility to make sure everything is operating properly
• Address basic member concerns and communicate issues to management
• Follow all gym policies and opening procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Extremely reliable and punctual — being able to arrive on time for a 5:30 AM opening is essential
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with members
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic administrative tasks
• Able to work independently
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service, administrative, retail, gym, or front desk experience is preferred but not required

This position offers consistent part-time hours in a friendly, active environment. You’ll have a mix of member interaction, front desk responsibilities, and basic administrative work with plenty of independence.
