Human Resources ManagerSeeking an experienced Human Resources Manager specializing in Leave Management, Workers' Compensation, and Accommodations. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for all leave administration, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation matters while ensuring compliance with California and federal employment laws. This role is responsible for managing approximately 30-35 leave, accommodation, and workers' compensation cases each month and requires a highly organized professional who can balance employee advocacy with organizational compliance and risk mitigation.Skills include leave of absence, accommodations, workers compensation, Employment Law & Regulatory Compliance, HRIS, UKG Software, Human resources, Employee relations, FMLA, ADA accommodations, CA Employment Law, Regulatory compliance.Additional Skills & Qualifications include expert knowledge of Leave Management programs, strong Workers' Compensation administration experience, extensive ADA accommodation and interactive process experience, deep understanding of California employment law, ability to manage approximately 30-35 active cases monthly, experience using UKG or similar HRIS systems, strong analytical and reporting capabilities, compassionate employee-focused communication style, and ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational risk management.Experience Level: Intermediate LevelJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Hollywood, CA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
