Territory Account Representative

• Serve as a primary contact for major home improvement retailers in the territory • Conduct regular and consistent in-store visits • Execute in-aisle merchandising of Trex products • Offer product knowledge training for retail store associates • Expand retailer relationships • Increase sales and meet sales goals • Support sales and merchandising initiatives at Home Depot and Lowe’s stores • Lead and foster Trex’s people-first culture • Put safety first Requirements Entry-level outside sales experience Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of work experience with a proven track record of success; alternatively, candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have at least 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success Ability to serve as the primary contact for retailers Ability to conduct regular and consistent in-store visits Ability to execute in-aisle merchandising Ability to provide product knowledge training to retail store associates Commitment to safety and integrity Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and innovate Must meet employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify Core Competencies Demonstrates strong outside sales capabilities with a focus on relationship building and in-store merchandising.
