What You’ll Do Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities. Provide direct occupational therapy services in home‑based settings. Support skill development related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, play, self‑care, daily routines, and functional independence. Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes. Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines. Partner closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child‑centered care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy. Active Occupational Therapy license, OT/L, in Texas. Pediatric experience (preferred, but not required). Home health experience (plus). Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families. A compassionate, dependable, and detail‑oriented approach to care.
