Seasonal Recruiting Sourcer

Identifying and engaging qualified candidates, the seasonal part-time Recruiting Sourcer will build talent pipelines and partner with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify and engage candidates through various sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search Build and maintain talent pipelines for open positions, particularly in tax-specific roles Track candidate activity and outreach accurately in the ATS or CRM while ensuring a positive candidate experience Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search Comfortable working with an ATS or CRM to manage candidate tracking Preferred experience sourcing for tax, accounting, finance, or professional services roles Must live and be legally authorized to work within the US
