Job Description
Job Description: My client is seeking an Engineering Sourcer to identify, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent to support critical hiring initiatives.
\n \nYou will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines for high-priority engineering positions. You will also leverage recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do

- Own and execute sourcing strategies across engineering roles, functions, and locations \n
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber technical talent \n
- Stay current on technical hiring trends and competitive landscapes \n
- Track and analyze pipeline health, outreach performance, and conversion metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness \n

- Proficiency with sourcing platforms and using market data to inform strategy \n
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized \n
