About Us: Rare Spark Lessons is dedicated to providing a dynamic learning environment for our students. We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager who embodies our mission and brings a friendly, tech-savvy, and creative approach to managing our front desk operations.

Position Overview: As the Front Desk Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating schedules and managing our student reward system. This position requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations at the front desk, including scheduling and student interactions
• Implement and oversee our reward system for students
• Curate engaging social media posts and reels to promote our school
• De-escalate situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor
• Stay organized while multi-tasking and prioritizing various tasks
• Innovate and propose solutions to improve processes and student experiences
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and staff

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills and comfort with digital tools
• Staying focused in a noisy music environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience in customer service or a front desk role preferred
• Comfortable with authority and managing interactions professionally
