Finance & Aftersales Specialist (m/f/d) - Full-time

We are looking for a colleague as Finance & Aftersales Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time. You will work independently on the day-to-day bookkeeping and provide support in the area of finance. In addition, you will support the commercial processes in the area of aftersales (spare parts & service) as well as related processes in day-to-day business. We are looking for employees with the following motivations and qualifications: Interest, willingness and pleasure in implementing the processes independently and in a structured manner Able to work in a team and enthusiastically as well as skilfully, independently and reliably Interest in our unique EUTECT soldering process technologies and our international clients Completed education as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification Sound experience in accounting (mandatory) Confident handling of accounting software (especially DATEV, ideally also Sage) Good organisational skills, initiative and communication skills Your responsibilities in our company: Accounting & Finance (main responsibility) Independent implementation of ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, G/L accounts) Invoicing Implementation of the dunning process Reconciliation of accounts Preparation of documents for the tax consultant / annual financial statements Support with advance VAT returns Ensuring transparent and structured financial processes Quotation preparation and order processing in the area of aftersales (spare parts & service) Participation in the organisation of service and spare parts processes Maintenance of customer, quotation and order data Support in the coordination of deliveries and deadlines General conditions Full-time Flexible working hours by arrangement, home office possible Close cooperation with the management Support from external tax consultants Briefly describe the experience, knowledge, or skills that make you particularly suitable for the position.
