- Oversight over the strategy and management of Cloud operations comprising of implementation, standardization, optimization, and management of Cloud infrastructure services along with leading the cloud integration of newly migrated apps
- Control the managed cloud operations process, roadmap, and delivery in BNSF
- Advise and enhance process-based improvements with the help of the Cloud team
- Enhance customer experience for cloud customers within BNSF
- Work with BNSF team to baseline the Cloud operations SLA and standards
- Ensure that AWS well architected framework principles are being followed in the Cloud operations environment.
- Resolve critical issues in production.
- Interact with the BNSF cloud migration team to understand the pipeline and application migration plans to plan the Cloud operations.
