Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT, software delivery, and modern payments initiatives from planning through release and adoption. This role is responsible for translating business and customer experience priorities into executable delivery plans, with a strong emphasis on payment service provider (PSP) integrations, payment gateway modernization, payment orchestration, tokenization, fraud and chargeback controls, compliance readiness, and scalable digital payment experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong command of Agile and hybrid delivery models, software development life cycle practices, release planning, risk management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication across product, engineering, security, finance, operations, and external payment partners. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT, software, and payments modernization projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer experience expectations, scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and maintain project scope documents, detailed plans, schedules, milestones, and implementation roadmaps. Coordinate product, engineering, QA, DevOps, security, finance, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to drive progress and resolve delivery dependencies. Facilitate governance routines including status meetings, steering committee updates, executive reporting, release readiness reviews, and vendor performance reviews. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes related to payment reliability, authorization performance, settlement, and compliance requirements. Support payment platform modernization initiatives such as gateway consolidation, multi-PSP routing, failover design, token vault migration, digital wallet enablement, and payment method expansion. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, security, compliance, and operational readiness standards before transition into production support or business ownership.
