The SAP RAR Functional Support Analyst will provide post-go-live production support for subscription billing modernization, supporting the migration from a legacy platform to SAP. The role will work closely with OTC, GL, ABAP, and integration teams to investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents, and maintain stable revenue accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional production support for SAP RAR processes following go-live.

Monitor and resolve issues related to revenue accounting events and contract creation.

Investigate failures involving revenue allocation, postings, contract updates, fulfillment events, and recognition runs.

Analyze end-to-end transaction impacts across wholesale, retail/trial, and subscription enrollment and renewal flows.

Perform functional triage of RAR defects and coordinate technical fixes with development and integration teams.

Partner with OTC and GL teams to resolve upstream billing and downstream accounting or reconciliation issues.

Support month-end and period-end revenue recognition activities.

Reconcile source events, billed transactions, and revenue accounting results.

Identify configuration, mapping, and master data issues affecting revenue processing.

Support testing for bug fixes, enhancements, transports, and production changes.
