Terminal Operations Coordinator - HRA-85

Terminal Operations Coordinator Provides overall coordination for the assigned terminal location to ensure all company goals are met. This position is responsible for contracting and utilizing independent contractors as courier drivers transporting products from client locations to designated sites in predetermined time‑defined routes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor routes to ensure coverage, driver check‑in, and timely execution, communicating results to the terminal manager and customers. Create, monitor, and communicate route changes to dispatch and drivers. Monitor the dispatch board to confirm delivery times are met. Communicate delays or problems to the customer and dispatch. Inspect vehicles to ensure customer specifications are met. Ensure compliance with IC log and EC‑mobile processes. Work directly with drivers to remotely resolve on‑road issues. Assist with obtaining statutory coverage for customers as needed. Monitor driver compliance with customer regulations. Help contract additional drivers. Complete daily service reports required by the customer. Create and process administrative reports and paperwork as directed. Ensure all driver paperwork is current. Verify drivers are in uniform with visible ID badge. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements College degree or a high school diploma with an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 1–3 years of experience in logistics & transportation or routing, dispatch, or inventory management. Experience with basic MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word). Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks or deadline‑driven demands. Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. Ability to work overtime as needed. Shift and Pay Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Shift Hours: 5 a.m. – 2 p.m. (available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred). Pay Rate: $23 – $24 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr USPack
